Mark Thomas is extremely organized, detailed and his follow up is beyond others in his field. What is so impressive about Mark is that he will never leave you hanging. If you need something from him he is like a "hounddog" til he get's it for you. If you have a question that he can't answer he will research it and get back to you in a timely manner. Even if your question is in something that is in another area of the industry. Most of all he is a "people person" and has what I call a "gift to gab" and is a good listener. His experience in the field began as a very young man and he is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done for his clients.
